Elips Elf Electronic Cigarette Review

The Elips Elf electronic cigarette is a new revolutionary design which boasts a sleek look and functional design.

The Elips conceptually looks like a cross between a large battery eGo style and a slimmer 510-T style. The Elips Elf is close in length to the Mini Style electronic cigarette, but is much wider, although not as hefty as the eGo style. The Elips Elf has an elliptical shape that has a very ergonomic and natural fit in the hand.

The Elips Elf is a multi part e-cig that has a manual battery, tank atomizer, tank cartridge, cartridge cover, and a silicone mouthpiece.  The Elips Elf electronic cigarette is 3.75 inches long and it weighs .9 ounces.

The manual battery is 350 mAh, which is far greater than the mini and 510 style. One nice aspect of the design is that recharging the battery can take place without disturbing the tank or atomizer or disassembling the e-cigarette. The charging connection is at the base of the battery, and the Elips Elf can be used while it is being charged. Charging takes about 2-3 hours.

The Elips Elf has a tank system that refilling with e-liquid is very easy. The tank cartridge looks like a  small perfume container and holds 1.5ml of e-liquid. When refilling, hold the device upside down and carefully take off the mouthpiece. Remove the tank cartridge, drip e-liquid in, replace the tank cartridge and mouth piece, and vape. It is recommended to fill the tank cartridge with up to 80% of e-liquid to avoid leakage.

The tank atomizer is the heating element that vaporizes the e-liquid contained in the cartridge. The atomizer lasts about 2-3 months depending on usage and smoking style by individual users. The atomizer has an O-ring around it to prevent any leaks from going into the battery area. This tank design system prevents the burning taste that is a common complain by e-cig users with models that contains a fiberlike material in the cartridges that holds the e-liquid.  In a tank style, the tank atomizer is directly in contact with the e-liquid in the tank cartridge, which results in more vapor production and better taste.

Each tank cartridge can hold 1.5ml of e-liquid and each kit comes with a 20ml bottle, 24mg strength nicotine bottle of e-liquid. E-liquid comes in varying levels if nicotine strength from high (16mg) to low (8mg) to zero nicotine.

Pros:
