Warranty and Return policy
Returns Policy:
You may return only new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the exceptions noted below. We do offer to replace any parts that are not working within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days buyer would have to buy replacement parts. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any used or opened items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Defective merchandise must be returned before replacement merchandise is sent.
Disposable E-cigarettes:
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on these products as they are a consumable product for hygienic reasons.
E-liquid and cartridge refills:
Cartridge refills and E-liquids are consumable items and returns are not accepted on these products for hygienic reasons.
Shipping
FREE domestic shipping is available on all orders within USA using USPS First Class Mail.
International shipping is available at this time, but is not free and requires a custom quote for shipping. Please contact us for more details.
